Our agency has been in continuous operation in Zelienople since 1944. We are now in our 4th generation of ownership. The agency was started by Edwin Meeder. Upon his retirement his son Ellsworth Meeder took over the agency. When Ellsworth retired, his nephew Charles Meeder took over the agency. Upon Charles’ retirement in 1998  he sold the agency to Bill Kennedy, Jr., now the current owner.

We are very happy to be a member of the Summit Group. Being a member has allowed our agency to secure markets we’d have been unable to on our own. We now have the law of large numbers on our side when it comes to contingencies as well as agency perpetuation assistance. But perhaps the best part of being a member of Summit is being associated with other agencies who share the same values and commitment to their customers as we do. We now have other agencies on our side, who we can trust and depend on for guidance and advice when needed. This really is a great group of people.
